Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Hindi Phonics Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging, structured, and joyful early literacy instruction. The role centers on building foundational reading, pronunciation, and spelling skills using interactive, child -friendly methods. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence in early learners. This position plays a key role in shaping children’s language development and setting the stage for lifelong learning success.
Responsibilities:
Deliver structured, activity -based phonics instruction in Hindi to early learners.
Develop and strengthen students’ reading fluency, pronunciation, and spelling abilities.
Design and conduct interactive sessions using stories, songs, games, and creative learning tools.
Personalize teaching approaches to meet individual learning paces and diverse needs.
Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to parents regularly.
Maintain a disciplined, supportive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Prepare detailed lesson plans and necessary teaching materials in advance.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent curriculum delivery.
Participate in center events, workshops, and educational activities as needed.

Requirements
Certification or formal training in phonics instruction (Jolly Phonics or equivalent is preferred).
Proven experience teaching preschool or early primary learners.
Educational background in Education, Child Development, or Psychology is an advantage.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff.
Deep understanding of child development stages and strategies for differentiated instruction.
Strong command of Hindi language, including accurate pronunciation and phonetic clarity.
Patient, energetic, creative, and expressive teaching style with a passion for working with young children.
Organized, punctual, and reliable with a commitment to professional standards.
