Job Description – Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills with experience in architectural planning, design development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD (mandatory).
  
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  
• Create 3D models and visual presentations using Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated with building codes, industry standards, and architectural trends.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
  
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in architectural design and project execution.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
  
• Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  
• Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical documentation.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
