Hiring || Area Sales Manager -Techno -commercial

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure and payment collection
  
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline within the construction/building segment
  
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
  
• Perform technical evaluation of inquiries and recommend suitable solutions
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for design, BOQ preparation, and execution
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support order processing activities
  
• Provide effective pre -sales and post -sales support to customers
  
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer engagement activities
  
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives
  
• Handle after -sales service support and provide technical assistance
  
• Maintain accurate CRM data, reports, and sales forecasts
