Job Description – Assistant Manager – Mall Leasing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Mall Leasing to drive leasing activities, maximize mall occupancy, and build strong relationships with retail brands. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial leasing, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and market analysis, preferably within shopping malls or retail real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  
• Identify and acquire prospective retail brands and tenants.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
  
• Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
  
• Coordinate property presentations and site visits for potential tenants.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing to support promotional and tenant engagement initiatives.
  
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare periodic MIS and reports.
  
• Ensure lease documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  
• Stay updated on retail trends and market developments.
