Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Project Sales plays a pivotal role in driving growth within the construction chemicals and building materials sector across Raipur and its surrounding regions. This position focuses on expanding market presence through strategic project and retail sales, fostering strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in securing product specifications, developing dealer networks, and ensuring timely order execution and collections. With a strong analytical approach and deep local market insight, the role demands a proactive, results -driven professional who can effectively navigate competitive dynamics and contribute to sustained business expansion.

Responsibilities:

Manage end -to -end project and retail sales within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.
Drive product specifications and influence design decisions through technical expertise and market positioning.
Develop and expand dealer networks to enhance market coverage and penetration.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning.
Ensure timely order execution, product delivery, and collection of receivables.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer service excellence.
Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market intelligence.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in project sales within the construction chemicals or building materials industry.
Strong technical communication skills with architects and interior designers.
In -depth knowledge of the Raipur region and surrounding markets.
Demonstrated ability in relationship -building, negotiation, and deal closure.
Analytical mindset with consistent follow -up and execution discipline.
Results -oriented, self -motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast -paced environment.
Prior experience in stone care, stone adhesives, or construction chemicals is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of the construction industry and product application landscape.
