Job Description - Hiring || Business Analyst With Payment Gateways Professionals

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Payment Gateways to join our global IT MNC based in Mumbai. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of our Payment Gateway and Merchant Acquiring Platform. The ideal candidate will act as an application owner, bridging business needs with technical execution. You will lead end -to -end lifecycle management—from requirement gathering and system implementation to production deployment and issue resolution—while collaborating closely with vendors, partners, and cross -functional teams. Your insights will directly impact system reliability, user experience, and business growth in a high -volume, mission -critical environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary application owner for the Payment Gateway and Merchant Acquiring Platform
Lead end -to -end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation in alignment with business objectives
Manage application deployment, change management, and live production releases with minimal downtime
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery and integration
Conduct and oversee UAT and system integration testing to validate functionality and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve L2 -level production issues promptly and effectively
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards

Requirements

4 -8 years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles
Minimum 3 years of hands -on experience in Payment Gateway systems and Merchant Acquiring Platforms
Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, transaction lifecycle, and settlement processes
Proven experience in application ownership, deployment, and change management
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in documenting business requirements, use cases, and process flows
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
Familiarity with testing frameworks and QA processes
