Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through field sales
  
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
  
• Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their requirements
  
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Field Sales
  
• Strong lead generation and new business acquisition skills
  
• Experience in corporate/client-facing sales
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
  
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings
