With over a decade of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining budgetary compliance. Key Responsibilities

▸Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
▸Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project plans and specifications.
▸Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
▸Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, potential risks, and necessary adjustments.
▸Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
▸Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
▸Facilitate communication between project teams and upper management to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
▸Implement best practices in construction management to enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
▸Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
▸Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

▸Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong focus on real estate projects.
▸Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
▸Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
▸Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
▸Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

▸Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
