Job Title: Customer Support Associates – Voice process

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic BPS Associates (Voice) to manage outbound customer and stakeholder interactions, secure PTW (Permission to Work) approvals, and ensure smooth order progression. Along with voice support, you'll handle emails, case updates, documentation, and backend operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to obtain PTW approvals.
  
• Coordinate with customers, councils, housing associations, contractors, and internal teams.
  
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and case updates.
  
• Handle voice, email, and backend tasks within SLA timelines.
  
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
