We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thane.

? ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Coordination
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  
• Prepare basic reports and follow up on pending requests
