Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and industrial relations to ensure smooth workforce management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant.
  
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and the employee lifecycle.
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.).
  
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.
  
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  
• Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate with the Head Office on HR policies and compliance.
  
• Maintain positive industrial relations and support uninterrupted plant operations.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
  
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
