Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Support

Role Overview

We are seeking a Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Support to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations for a leading kidswear brand. The role involves ERP support, production portal integration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day -to -day SAP B1 operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Quality modules.
  
• Monitor and support integration between the Production Portal and SAP B1.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues, transaction errors, and portal -related challenges.
  
• Gather business requirements and coordinate ERP enhancements and customizations.
  
• Liaise with SAP B1 vendors for debugging, upgrades, implementations, and support.
  
• Develop and maintain SAP queries, Crystal Reports, MIS reports, and dashboards.
  
• Manage user roles, authorizations, and access controls.
  
• Conduct UAT, prepare documentation, and support new feature rollouts.
  
• Train end users on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and backup procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• SAP B1 Certification will be an added advantage.
  
• 4–5 years of hands -on SAP B1 support experience.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
