Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to generate corporate leads, build client relationships and promote apprenticeship and skill development solutions to organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling and email campaigns.
  

• Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and corporate decision-makers.
  

• Promote apprenticeship and government-supported skill development programmes such as NAPS and NATS.
  

• Understand client workforce requirements and identify business opportunities.
  

• Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
  

•  1 year of experience can apply.
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  

• Interest in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition.
  

• Comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation and client interactions.
  

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and LinkedIn.
