Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced ITI Moulder professionals for our manufacturing unit in Paharpur. Candidates should have hands-on experience in mould preparation, moulding operations, and production processes while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain moulding machines and equipment.
  
• Prepare moulds as per production requirements.
  
• Ensure proper mould quality and dimensional accuracy.
  
• Inspect finished products and identify defects.
  
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
  
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
  
• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: ITI (Moulder Trade)
  
• Experience: 2–5 years as a Moulder
  
• Gender: Male
  
• Age: 21–40 years
  
• Good knowledge of moulding processes, machine handling, and quality standards.
  
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
  

Salary

• Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on the current CTC, with approximately 10% hike over the existing salary.
  For Trainee salary will be Rs.12000/- gross
