Job Description - Hiring Experienced ITI Professionals

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI-trained professional to join our production team in Kolkata. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient assembly and quality control of automobile components, contributing directly to our manufacturing excellence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a stable career path with opportunities for growth within a dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble automobile components with precision and adherence to production standards

- Operate various tools and equipment as required by production workflows

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications

- Strictly follow safety protocols and maintain a safe, organised work environment

- Maintain consistent productivity and uphold workplace discipline throughout an 8–10 hour shift

Requirements:

-Have to complete the ITI Course

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing

- Willingness to work in a production environment with structured shifts

- Open to relocation for candidates based outside Mumbai
