Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic operations of the Pre-Primary section. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluent English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the academic activities of the Pre-Primary section.
  
• Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom activities.
  
• Monitor teaching quality and ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
  
• Guide and mentor Pre-Primary teachers to improve classroom practices.
  
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Plan and coordinate academic events, activities, assessments, and celebrations.
  
• Ensure age-appropriate and activity-based learning for young learners.
  
• Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain proper records.
  
• Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth academic functioning.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic development when required.
  
• Organize teacher meetings, training sessions, and academic reviews.
  
• Ensure compliance with school policies, academic standards, and curriculum requirements.
  
• Prepare academic reports and provide regular updates to the school management.
  

Requirements

Eligibility & Skills

• 5–6 years of total professional experience in the education/school sector.
  
• 2–3 years of experience specifically handling Pre-Primary as a Coordinator is mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
  
• Strong leadership, team-management, and coordination skills.
  
• Good understanding of Pre-Primary education and child-centric learning.
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic responsibilities effectively.
