Job Title: Female Tele Sales Officer – Home Loan

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result -oriented Tele Sales Officer – Home Loan to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telecalling experience or strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers for Home Loans, Balance Transfer, and Top -Up Loan products
  
• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and required documentation to clients
  
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
  
• Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in Dialer, CRM, or Excel
  
• Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth loan conversion
  
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
  
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or loan processing
  
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  
• Basic knowledge of Home Loans, Banking, or Financial Products preferred
  
• Comfortable with calling targets and customer interaction
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Dialer, CRM systems)
  
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn
