Job Title: Field Recruiter

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding bike riders and cab driver-partners through field recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable travelling within the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit bike riders and cab driver-partners through field visits, local campaigns, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
  

• Conduct field outreach to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  

• Explain the onboarding process, earning opportunities, incentives, and required documentation.
  

• Assist candidates with document collection, verification, and profile registration.
  

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely partner activation.
  

• Track daily recruitment, onboarding, and activation progress.
  

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  

• Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular recruitment MIS reports.
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, sales, or business development.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned location.
  

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
  

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
