Job Title: Finance Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate must be a CA with 15+ years of overall experience exclusively in the Real Estate industry, managing residential and commercial project portfolios. The role requires expertise in RERA compliance, project finance, budgeting, cash flow, costing, financial planning, fundraising, and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, and Compliance functions.
  
• Manage project budgeting, cash flow, costing, and financial planning for residential and commercial projects.
  
• Handle project funding through banks, NBFCs, construction finance, LRDs, and NCDs.
  
• Ensure RERA compliance, escrow account management, and statutory compliance.
  
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, MIS, and board reporting.
  
• Manage ERP -based financial systems and strengthen internal financial controls.
  
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, auditors, and senior management.
  
• Lead and mentor the finance team across corporate and project locations

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory.
  
• 15+ years of overall experience exclusively in Real Estate / Real Estate Development.
  
• Strong experience in handling residential and commercial project portfolios.
  
• Hands -on expertise in RERA compliance, project budgeting, cash flow, costing, financial planning, fundraising, and treasury management.
  
• Prior experience as Finance Head, Finance Controller, or CFO in a Real Estate organization will be preferred.
