Job Responsibilities

• Teach various dance forms to students of different age groups.
  
• Plan and conduct engaging dance sessions, performances, and practice routines.
  
• Prepare students for annual functions, competitions, and cultural events.
  
• Develop students’ confidence, coordination, rhythm, and stage presence.
  
• Maintain discipline and encourage teamwork during practice sessions.
  
• Choreograph dance performances for school events and celebrations.
  
• Ensure student safety during dance activities and rehearsals.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience in teaching dance in schools, academies, or institutes preferred.
  
• Knowledge of classical, folk, Bollywood, or contemporary dance forms.
  
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
  
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children.
  
• Candidates from West Bengal with strong dance skills and cultural knowledge will be preferred.
  
• Ability to organize performances and train students confidently.
