We are looking for a highly skilled F&B Manager with expertise in preparing innovative menus, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and overseeing seamless F&B operations. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and operational efficiency to elevate our food and beverage offerings while ensuring top-notch service standards

Job Responsibility

* Develop innovative menus aligned with current food and beverage trends.
* Create and implement detailed SOPs for all F&B operations.
* Train staff to maintain consistency in service and product quality.
* Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost controls.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
* Analyze customer feedback to refine menus and processes.
Key Skills: Mandatory:
* Experience working as a Chef
* Proven experience in menu design, SOP creation, and F&B management.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control practices.
* Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
