Job Description - Hiring for GEN AI - ( 5 -16 Yrs)

Summary:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, high -performance software solutions aligned with evolving business needs
Leverage Generative AI models and frameworks to build, integrate, and refine intelligent applications
Partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver end -to -end solutions
Translate complex system requirements into scalable and maintainable technical implementations
Ensure code quality, system performance, and adherence to industry best practices and standards
Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions
Support application deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance across environments
For Manager -level roles: lead and mentor technical teams, drive project execution, and guide strategic delivery initiatives

Requirements

5–16 years of relevant experience in software development, data analytics, or related technical roles
Demonstrated hands -on expertise with Generative AI technologies, tools, and real -world use cases
Proficiency in modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in fast -paced, agile environments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Experience with AI/ML model deployment, optimization, and integration in production systems is highly desirable
