Job Description: Job Title: Head Trainer – F &B Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

* Demonstrate competence in preparing and serving various coffee drinks and teaching trainees to prepare and serve drinks, as well as menu items.
* oversees trainee performance of essential functions related to cafe drink preparation and other cafe operations service.
* Assists trainees with understanding proper customer service skills, safety procedures, cleanliness of work area and expectations associated with community employment.
* Establishes person-centered planning for trainees through job accommodations, individual service plan team collaborations, natural support, and mentoring.
* observes best practices and organisational standards as noted in the employee handbook
* Work closely with the operations team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites

Mandatory:
7-10 years experience, speciality coffee experience is must
