Training:-Induction Training, Refresher Training, Motivational Training, Classroom Training,
Payroll Management- Leaves Compilation, Leave Encashment, Salary Advance, EL, Loans, Salary Negotiation &Finalization.
Statutory Compliances: - ESI –Challan Creation and Payment, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, Minimum wages implementation, P Tax, Liaising with Govt Department (Labour Department)
Grievance Handling, Queries Resolution, Letter Preparation (Unauthorized, Offer Letter, Relieving Letter, Showcause, Termination)
Full and Final Settlement ,Liaising with HO Team.
Employee Engagement.– Regular Branch Visit, Feedback Sharing, Organize Cultural Activities ,Sports Activities
