Your Role:

• Responsibilities:
  • Interpret construction blueprints and technical specifications.
    
  • Identify formwork dimensions and required materials.
    
  • Fabricate timber, plywood, or metal formwork.
    
  • Install and secure formwork accurately.
    
  • Utilize spirit levels, plumb bobs, and measuring tapes for precision.
    
  • Ensure the strength of formwork for concrete placement.
    
  • Collaborate with steel fixers and masons during concrete pouring.
    
  • Safely dismantle shuttering without causing damage to concrete.
    
  • Adhere to site safety protocols and utilize PPE.
    
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
    

1. Application to Selection: Not more than 15 days
   
2. Visa Processing & Departure: 2 months
   
3. Start working in Dubai between 1-2 months.
   

• Education Background: Open to all categories
  
• Experience: Minimum 0.6 months experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.
  
• Age: No restrictions.
  
• Visa Type: Work Visa.
  
• Language: Basic English proficiency.
  

• Knowledge of different formwork systems (timber, steel, aluminum).
  
• Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power tools.
  
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  
• Teamwork and coordination with site engineers and laborers.
  
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
