Experienced Vice Principal & Head Mistress (Pre-Primary Focus)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the Pre-Primary division, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  
• Manage and mentor teaching staff to maintain high standards of instruction and classroom management.
  
• Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum, ensuring compliance with assessment patterns and educational standards.
  
• Facilitate professional development opportunities to support continuous growth among faculty members.
  
• Serve as a primary liaison between the school administration, parents, and the community to build strong collaborative relationships.
  
• Monitor student progress and ensure the adoption of student-centered learning methodologies across all grade levels.
  
• Coordinate daily school activities within the standard operational hours of 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.
  

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in English, History, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field; a Master's degree in the relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
  
• Possess at least two years of proven teaching experience within a CBSE-affiliated school environment.
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CBSE syllabi, evaluation frameworks, and pedagogical standards for English and Social Science subjects.
  
• Show a track record of successfully teaching literature, language arts, and social studies concepts to diverse student groups.
  
• Exhibit proficiency in integrating modern educational technology and digital resources into lesson planning and delivery.
  
• Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cultivate positive interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
  
• Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and innovative teaching practices.
  
• Be available to work the full school day from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.
