Job Description - Hiring for Waiter

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
Present menus, provide detailed information, and offer thoughtful recommendations upon request.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with the cashier to generate KOTs, and input order details into the POS system.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and in a courteous manner.
Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, respectful, and consistently positive demeanor.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high -pressure environment.
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and change.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant service or customer -facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Openness to learning, following procedures, and adapting to dynamic situations.
