We are hiring 300 Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing company in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. The role involves assembling automotive wire harnesses and auto components in a modern, fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive wire harnesses and auto components as per company standards.
  
• Perform standing assembly work during the assigned shift.
  
• Follow production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Operate assembly tools and equipment safely.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace discipline.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
  
• Support supervisors in achieving daily production goals.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: 8th / 9th / 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  
• Physically fit for standing work.
