Job Description - Hiring Front Office Assistant For Kerala.

Exciting Job Opportunity For Front Office Assistant To Work In Kerala!!!

Note:Only candidates from Kerala with at least 6 months of Front office assistant experience are eligible to apply.

Location -Kerala

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check -in and check -out process
Manage room reservations, guest registrations, and accurate billing procedures
Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs and ensure timely service
Maintain up -to -date and accurate guest records and front office documentation

Requirements

Minimum of 6months -2years of experience as a front office role within a hotel environment (3 -star hotel experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam or Hindi is an added advantage
Pleasant demeanor and a guest -first mindset
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays
