Hiring Graphic Designer - Digital & Print Media

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and
detail -oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that
communicate brand messages effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for designing marketing materials, digital creatives, and print media while
ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and design ideas based on project
  briefs
  
• Design
  Creation: Produce high -quality graphics for digital platforms, social
  media, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and internal teams to align designs
  with business objectives
  
• Brand
  Management: Maintain consistency in brand identity across all
  creatives and communication channels
  
• Technical
  Execution: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  to create and finalize designs
  
• Printing
  & Production: Handle digital printing, flex & vinyl printing,
  and 4 -color offset printing requirements
  
• Feedback
  & Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to
  ensure final output meets expectations
  

Requirements

• Strong
  proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  
• Solid
  understanding of design principles (typography, color theory,
  layout, composition)
  
• Creative
  mindset with the ability to transform ideas into visual designs
  
• Good
  communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability
  to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  
• Strong
  portfolio showcasing diverse design work
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  
• OR
  equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio
