Job Description – HSE Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety, compliance, and implementation of HSE standards at the project/site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
  
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements.
  
• Monitor PPE usage, work permits, and safe work practices.
  
• Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reports.
  
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and documentation.
  
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers.
  
• Coordinate with site/project teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HSE/Safety experience.
  
• Relevant HSE/Safety qualification preferred.
  
• Candidates from Narayani, Patna University, RLI, or CLI preferred.
  
• Experience in industrial/project/site safety preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Willingness to work site-based in Bokaro.
  

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 In-Hand per Month
