Job Description

• Counsel prospective students regarding MBA/PGDM programs, admissions process, eligibility, and career opportunities
  
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk -ins, and online platforms
  
• Guide applicants through application, documentation, and enrolment procedures
  
• Conduct follow -ups with leads to achieve admission targets
  
• Coordinate admission events, seminars, webinars, and campus visits
  
• Maintain accurate student database and admission records
  
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for outreach activities
  
• Provide excellent student relationship management and support
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
  

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or student recruitment
  
• Experience in higher education or B -school admissions preferred
