Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for parents
Handle queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Coordinate parent -teacher meetings and school events
Support admissions and guide prospective parents
Maintain records of parent communication

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2–5 years in customer service, school administration, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; regional language is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email systems)
