Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage key customer relationships in the RMC/Construction Chemicals segment. The candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, revenue growth, and customer retention while working closely with major contractors, builders, and infrastructure clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships.
  
• Drive sales of construction chemicals/admixtures to RMC plants and project customers.
  
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely collections.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience.
  
• Mandatory experience in RMC or Construction Chemicals (Admixtures).
  
• Strong network with RMC plants, contractors, builders, and infrastructure clients.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
