Job Description – Key Account Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Sales Engineer to drive B2B/project sales, manage key accounts, develop new business and build strong relationships with customers across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts and achieve sales targets.
  
• Develop new business across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
  
• Handle sales of elevators, escalators and related solutions.
  
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
  
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
  
• Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, PMCs and corporate clients.
  
• Coordinate with Projects, Installation and Service teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Track market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
  
• Drive collections, sales forecasting, MIS and business development activities.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B / Project / Technical Sales.
  
• Elevator / Escalator industry experience preferred.
  
• B.Tech / B.E. candidates: Must have sales experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment or engineering equipment.
  
• Strong experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales or Technical Sales.
  
• Experience in techno-commercial negotiations, tendering and large-value projects.
  
• Strong network with builders, developers, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
