Summary:

The Kinaxis Developer plays a critical role in driving supply chain optimization through the implementation and configuration of Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent planning solutions. With 4 -9 years of hands -on experience in supply chain planning systems such as Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP/APO, this role focuses on delivering robust, scalable solutions across Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, and Production Planning. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in supply chain processes and a strong foundation in Kinaxis configuration and workbook development. Collaborating closely with cross -functional teams, the developer ensures seamless deployment, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives across diverse industry domains. This role is integral to enabling data -driven decision -making and operational excellence within dynamic, agile environments.

Responsibilities:

Configure and author solutions within Kinaxis Rapid Response, including workbooks, scenarios, perspectives, hierarchies, filters, alerts, and control tables.
Design and implement data models with custom fields and tables to support business -specific planning processes.
Lead functional design, documentation, and solution development for planning workflows across demand, supply, and production planning.
Conduct fit -gap analysis and provide actionable insights by analyzing supply chain operational data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver iterative, high -impact solutions using Scrum methodologies.
Develop and maintain testing and training scenarios to ensure system readiness and user adoption.
Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, process optimization, and solution design.
Support deployment and enhancement of planning solutions across multiple business lines and industry domains.

Requirements

4 -9 years of implementation experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP/APO).
Proven expertise in supply chain planning domains: S&OP, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Optimization, MRP, and Rough -Cut Capacity Planning.
Strong technical proficiency in workbook development, data model customization, scenario management, and planning engine configuration.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a track record of delivering solutions in iterative cycles.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.
Prior experience as a Solution Developer on 1–2 Kinaxis implementations across different industry sectors (preferred).
MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred).
Kinaxis certifications (an added advantage).
Relevant supply chain certifications such as APICS (desirable).
