Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in B2B SaaS product lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, outbound campaigns, and generating qualified leads for SaaS/IT products across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads for SaaS products through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and outbound campaigns.
  
• Identify target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across international markets.
  
• Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Mandatory, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  
• Execute personalized email and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
  
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the Sales/BD team.
  
• Maintain lead and pipeline data in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  
• Track lead-generation metrics, campaign performance, and conversions.
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
  

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development.
  
• Proven experience in SaaS product lead generation is mandatory.
  
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
  
• Strong experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar lead-generation tools.
  
• Experience generating leads for US, UK, Europe, APAC, or Middle East markets preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, account mapping, email outreach, and lead qualification.
  
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  
• Strong communication, research, analytical, and target-oriented skills.
  
• Experience in ABM or SaaS sales is an added advantage.
