Job Description – Leadership Hiring / CXO Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Hiring professional with expertise in CXO-level recruitment and senior management hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end leadership recruitment, identifying senior-level talent, and building strong relationships with executive candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end leadership hiring and CXO-level recruitment.
  

• Source and identify senior leadership candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
  

• Manage recruitment for CXO and senior management positions such as CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CHRO, and other leadership roles.
  

• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary discussions, and interview coordination.
  

• Build and maintain a strong network of senior-level professionals.
  

• Partner with business leaders and management to understand hiring requirements.
  

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of leadership positions.
  

• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring updates
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
  

• Strong experience in Leadership Hiring / CXO-Level Recruitment is mandatory.
  

• Experience handling senior management and executive-level mandates.
  

• Strong headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate networking skills.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to manage confidential and high-priority hiring assignments.
  

• Candidates must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from Kolkata.
