Hiring Loan Collection Executive for Okhla, Delhi - ( Job ID - 24539)

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue personal loan accounts.

· Follow up with customers for pending dues and loan repayments.

· Negotiate payment commitments and encourage timely repayments.

· Record customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the CRM and LMS system.

· Resolve customer queries related to loan payments professionally.

· Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum 12TH and Graduate in any discipline.

· Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

· Prior experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, BPO, Payday Loan or Collection Process will be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
