Job Description - Hiring Male cricket coach for a school in kopargoan,Maharashtra - ( Job ID - 23542)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive cricket training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, and match strategies.
Identify and mentor talented young players for inter -school and regional tournaments.
Organize and manage intra -school cricket matches, leagues, and friendly fixtures.
Monitor player performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain individual progress records.
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among students.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 -5 years of hands -on experience coaching cricket at school or youth level.
Proven track record of developing players and achieving success in school or local tournaments.
In -depth knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, tactics, and fitness training methodologies.
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills with the ability to connect with children.
Valid certification in first aid and sports safety (a plus).
Ability to work within a structured school environment and adhere to academic schedules.
