Job Title: Manager – Metal & Glass

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional to drive Industrial Sales and Business Development for Oxygen -based Combustion Systems across Metal, Steel, Non -Ferrous, Glass, and Cement industries.

The role requires a candidate who can handle techno -commercial discussions, coordinate industrial projects, and engage with customers on technical aspects related to Industrial Furnaces, Burners, Combustion Systems, Heat Transfer, and Process Engineering.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to industrial applications, project coordination, installation activities, and customer -facing technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Industrial Sales and Business Development activities for Oxygen -based Combustion Systems
  
• Identify and develop business opportunities in Steel, Non -Ferrous, Glass, and Cement industries
  
• Conduct technical discussions with customers regarding Industrial Furnaces, Burners, Combustion Systems, Heat Transfer, and Process Optimization
  
• Prepare techno -commercial proposals, cost estimations, and technical presentations
  
• Coordinate with customers, internal sales teams, and engineering teams for project execution and closure
  
• Handle project coordination activities including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support
  
• Support process optimization and provide value -added technical solutions to customers
  
• Conduct market surveys, technical evaluations, and competitor analysis
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and key stakeholders
  
• Achieve business development and sales targets across assigned industries
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, Project Coordination, or Business Development
  
• Experience working with Steel, Non -Ferrous, Glass, Cement, or Industrial Furnace industries
  
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Industrial Furnaces
    
  • Burners
    
  • Combustion Systems
    
  • Heat Transfer
    
  • Process Engineering
    
  • Industrial Gas Applications
    
• Experience in project coordination, installation, commissioning, and customer handling
  
• Ability to independently manage technical discussions and techno -commercial negotiations with customers
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development and project activities
