Job Title: Project Sales Executive / Manager – Major Project Division (MPD)

Location: Mumbai, Pune

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Experience: 3–8 Years (Minimum 3 Years in Elevator/Lift Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional to drive sales for the Major Project Division (MPD). The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in project sales within the elevator/lift industry and a strong network with builders, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for the Major Project Division (MPD).
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
• Participate in tendering, commercial negotiations, and project discussions.
  

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Elevator/Lift Project Sales.
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
  
• Proven experience in handling major project sales.
  
• Strong understanding of project sales, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to work from Mumbai.
