Must -Have: The candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to specific business processes and application requirements. Your day -to -day activities will involve collaborating with cross -functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. Additionally, you will participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high -quality applications that meet user needs and expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently perform and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
Provide solutions to work -related problems.
Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must -Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
Experience with integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 -year full -time education is required.
