Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our dynamic team in Noida. The Senior Process Executive (SPE) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles are critical in ensuring seamless execution of insurance operations, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous process improvement. This role involves end -to -end management of P&C insurance processes, including policy administration, claims adjudication, and billing, with a strong focus on accuracy, service quality, and client SLA adherence. As a key contributor, you will serve as a domain expert, resolve complex cases, mentor team members, and support transitions and training initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance within a high -performance environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and validate P&C insurance transactions in alignment with client SLAs and operational standards.
Review, analyze, and resolve complex insurance cases, including claims adjudication and policy adjustments.
Serve as a primary escalation point for critical issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
Ensure strict compliance with client policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for new team members and transitions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in P&C Insurance operations for SPE; 4+ years for SME.
Proven experience in claims adjudication and adjusting within P&C insurance.
In -depth understanding of the insurance lifecycle: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.
For SPE: Hands -on experience in P&C operations with strong process execution and troubleshooting skills.
For SME: Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, process optimization, and handling escalations.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in US night shifts with flexibility and reliability.
Additional Details:
Must -Have: Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience, Claims adjudication and adjusting experience.
Experience: Min 2+ Yr for SPE / Min 4+ Yr for SME
