Job Description – Payroll Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end -to -end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee payroll administration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end monthly payroll processing.
  
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
  
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll -related activities.
  
• Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
  
• Maintain payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Resolve payroll -related employee queries and drive process improvements.
