Quality Engineering Lead

Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ years

Must -Have:

5 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing with JMeter

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers, providing guidance in multi -disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high -quality applications, developing comprehensive testing strategies, and defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. You will also oversee test execution and defect resolution, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate and manage the team.
Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must -Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
Good -To -Have Skills: Experience with .NET Architecture, Automated Testing.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing testing frameworks and strategies.
Proficient in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights for improvement.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full -time education is required.
