Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Primavera P6/MS Project, project scheduling, risk management, and construction planning to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and stakeholders.
  
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimization.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and schedule updates.
  
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in project planning within the Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry.
  
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and construction execution.
  
• PMP or Primavera Certification will be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
