Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment with strong expertise in STP, ETP and WTP process design, engineering, calculations, and optimization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end process design, advanced treatment technologies, and Greenfield/Brownfield/Greyfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer STP, ETP & WTP treatment systems.
  
• Perform process, hydraulic, mass balance, and equipment sizing calculations.
  
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, process design reports, and technical specifications.
  
• Evaluate water/wastewater characteristics and select suitable treatment technologies.
  
• Handle process optimization, troubleshooting, and plant performance improvement.
  
• Support projects from concept design through commissioning.
  
• Evaluate and integrate advanced treatment technologies.
  

Requirements

Must-Have Expertise

• 8+ years of hands-on process design experience in STP/ETP/WTP projects.
  
• Minimum 50% of overall experience in STP projects.
  
• Must have designed at least one 20 MLD or higher capacity plant.
  
• Hands-on experience with MBR, MBBR & SBR.
  
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations, mass balance, and process sizing.
  
• Independent preparation of PFDs, P&IDs & process design reports.
  
• Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield or Greyfield projects.
  
• Full process design lifecycle exposure: Design → Engineering → Optimization → Commissioning.
  
• Knowledge of UF, RO, ASP, DAF, Electrocoagulation and membrane technologies is an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with tools such as BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS, etc.
