Job Title: Product Support Advocate Microsoft - Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are hiring Product Support Advocates to provide technical support to customers using Microsoft products, software, hardware and services.You will help customers troubleshoot their issues, answer “How To” questions, explain solutions in simple language, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email.

Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft products and services.

Assist with Windows, Microsoft 365, Office & Surface.

Answer “How To” questions and provide step-by-step guidance.

Explain technical solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Provide remote troubleshooting support when required.

Document customer issues and solutions accurately.

Resolve issues at the first contact whenever possible.

Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field

Equivalent technical experience may also be considered.

Prior experience in Technical Support is preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft products and services.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical support environment.
