Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day -to -day operations in a coke oven plant. The role involves achieving production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
  
• Monitor coke oven operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
  
• Lead production teams and optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
  
• Resolve operational issues during shifts.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Coke Oven Plant or similar manufacturing environment.
  
• Hands -on experience in coke oven production is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of production planning, plant operations, and safety procedures.
  
• Good leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills.
  
• Willingness to work night shifts (2 weeks every month).
